초록
As the information and communication industry develops, we are now able to not only are also to give information and services through Ubiquitous networks. With these changes, development of IT technologies, and a social trend of unification, digital devices are becoming more complex and unified. Access to the internet is now possible from about anywhere at anytime. The use of multi-media mobile devices that we now have, e.g. mobile phones, PDA, PMP, and etc, is continuing to grow, and this can be seen as a preparation for the digital ubiquitous computing environment that is soon to come. But due to a complex mixture of plain unification/separation of functions based on the needs of developers, arrivals of convergence products, and the quest of companies looking for new markets, this is also bringing upon a problem where the user can be confused of each ones definitions and feels the urge that they must carry not just one but even more devices. Until now the digital revolution has been mostly based on construction of network infrastructure such as high-speed internet, mobile communication, and the connection between broadcasting and communication. From now on it will be mostly built around infrastructure of information / communication and innovation through usage of digital technology. This, with the revolution of the service industry, show that a new digital device will be introduced to the spotlight. Digital devices can be seen as a passing-point for analog signals to become digital and networked thus connecting with other various services. Now it is to hold an opportunity for a new kind of portable digital diary, with the creation of a new-age life business solution. Based on information /communication networks, development of a digital devices which is able to manage the life solution business structure including the new services is now required.
