Sound Reasoning is supplementary source of law in our Civil Law. But that legal term itself is not difficult to understand. The history of that term has its origin in China's culture, especially Sung Confucianism. Sung Confucianism was introduced at the end of Koryo dynasty and flourished in Y dynasty. "Lee" is the basic principles and "Jolee" is sound reasoning. It has operated the source of law by express provision in Civil Law. And in Administrative Law it has operated as an unwritten law. But its function is going to be extended.
