중국 상업은행의 CSR유형 분석 -중국민생은행의 사회적 책임 활동 사례를 중심으로-

Since the reform and opening, China’s economy has achieved high economic growth. But, it caused many social problems along the way such as income disparity, environmental pollution because of Growth Policy base on ‛Getting Rich First’. Therefore, the Chinese government focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility for the construction of harmonious society and sustainable development. As a result, many companies in China became aware of importance and necessity of corporate social responsibility. Recently, there has been increase of interest in social responsibility a tcommercial banks. Among commercial banks in China, China Minsheng Bank is doing relatively well in social responsibility. Therefore, we studied on CSR theory. Secondly, we used the CSR type of Halme and Laurila(2009) and analyzed Social Responsibility Activity of China Minsheng Bank base on social responsibility report. Finally, we used Reeta(2009) form modified by Halme and Laurila(2009) and analyzed impact of CSR activity in China. According to the case study results, CSR activity of China Minsheng Bank turned out Philanthropy, Integration, and Innovation. Among them, innovation activities expected to affect many other commercial banks in China.
