지방정부 공무원의 노후준비도 영향요인 연구

This study is to aim at examining those key factors of life satisfaction, tax increase recognition, positive lifestyle which might obviously affect the retried life preparation of local government officials in an integrated way, having poorly studied so far. In addition precisely investigation their retired life preparation rate to focus on economic, physical, emotional point of view, it also seeks for further implementation plan on retired life preparation as part to enhance retired life preparation of government officials in a more detail. For achieving this purpose, we surveyed 400 Gwachon local government officials analyzed 259 answers with multiple regression model. The results are as follows. It appeared that life satisfaction, tax increase recognition, positive lifestyle has significantly influenced on retired life preparation of local government officials. In detail, life satisfaction and tax increase recognition has significantly influenced on economical retired life preparation of local government officials. And life satisfaction and positive lifestyle has significantly influenced on physical retired life preparation of local government officials. Also, life satisfaction and positive lifestyle has significantly influenced on emotional retired preparation of local government officials. On a basis of these results, how to guide and assist the local government officials for enhancing their retired life preparation are further discussed.
