호텔조리사의 핵심역량이 직무만족 및고객지향성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 핵심역량(자기관리역량, 고객지향역량, 대인관계역량, 상황대처역량, 전문성역량)이 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 어떠한 영향이 미치는 가를 분석한다. 이러한 분석한 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, <H1>의 검정을 위해 호텔 조리사의 핵심역량 요인 중 상사 및 동료만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석 결과, 자기관리역량, 고객지향역량, 대인관계역량, 상황대처역량 등 변수는 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나 나머지 변수인 전문성역량은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, <H2>의 검정을 위해 호텔 조리사의 핵심역량 요인 중 보수 및 승진만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석 결과, 자기관리역량, 고객지향역량, 대인관계역량, 상황대처역량, 전문성역량 등 모든 변수는 유의한 영향이 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, <H3>의 검정을 위해 호텔조리사의 직무만족이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석 결과, 상사 및 동료 만족에는 유의한 영향이 미치고 있으나 보수 및 승진 만족에는 유의한 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서 호텔 조리사들의 업무상에서 핵심역량을 높이면서 직무만족을 높이고, 호텔조리사의 인적자원을 좀 더 효율적으로 관리하는데 도움을 주고자 하는데 목적이 있다.
Abstract
The current study analyzes effects of hotel restaurant cook’s core competencies on job satisfaction and customer orientation. The following are the summary of the analysis. First, as for the test of <H1>, multiple regression analysis was performed to examine if satisfaction on superior or co-workers – one of hotel restaurant cook’s core competencies–had a significant effect. As a result, while customer orientation competency, interpersonal competency, and ability to handle situations had a significant effect. Second, as for the test of <H2>, multiple regression analysis was performed to examine if satisfaction on compensation and promotion – one of hotel restaurant cook’s core competencies – had a significant effect. As a result, all variables–self-management ability, customer orientation competency, interpersonal competency, ability to handle situation, and professional competency- had a positive effect. Third, as for the test of <H3>, hotel restaurant cook’s job satisfaction had a significant effect on satisfaction on superior or co-workers.
