발달장애학생들의 친밀감, 참여동기와 학습만족도에 관한 연구
A study on the rapport, participative motivation and learning satisfaction of students with developmental disabilities

이 연구의 목적은 발달장애학생들의 친밀감과 학습만족도 간, 참여동기와 학습만족도 간, 학습만족도와 행동의도 간의 영향 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 제과제빵, 바리스타, 생활요리 교육프로그램별 세 개의 집단으로 구분하여 집단별 두 변수 간의 인과관계를 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 대상은 서울시에 위치한 교육기관 등에서 식음료 교육프로그램을 받은 경험이 있는 발달장애학생들로하였다. 제과제빵, 바리스타, 생활요리를 중심으로 하였으며, 설문지는 총 330부를 회수하여 이상값, 불성실 응답 등의 설문지 39부를 제외한 후 총 291부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. SPSS 21.0통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과첫 번째, 제과제빵과 생활요리 집단에서 발달장애학생들의 친밀감이 학습만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 제과제빵과 생활요리 집단에서 발달장애학생들의 참여동기가 학습만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 바리스타 집단에서는 모두 유의미한 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 발달장애학생들의 학습만족도는 행동의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대하여 학문적 의의를논하였고, 교·강사 및 교육 개발·운영·관리 실무자에게 친밀감과 참여동기의 필요성과 운영 방향 제시를 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to establish the relationship between rapport and learning satisfaction, motivation for participation and learning satisfaction, the degree of learning satisfaction and behavior of students with developmental disabilities. This study was divided into three educational programs; baking, barista, daily cooking and demonstrated the causal relationship between two variables by group. The subjects of the study were students with developmental disorders who had experience in a food and beverage (F&B) education program at educational institutions located in Seoul. Focused on bakery, barista and daily cooking programs, a total of 330 questionnaires were collected, excluding thirty-nine questionnaires with abnormal values or unfaithful responses, resulting in the use of 291 for an empirical analysis. Using the SPSS 21.0 Statistical Package, frequency, factor, reliability, correlation, variance, and simple regression analysis were performed. The first result of the study showed that the rapport of students with developmental disabilities in baking and cooking had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. Second, it was found that the motivation for the participation of students with developmental disabilities in baking and cooking had a significantly positive effect on their learning satisfaction. However, no significant effects were found in the barista group. Third, the level of learning satisfaction among students with developmental disabilities was shown to have a significantly positive effect on the degree of behavior. Based on the results of these studies, we discussed the academic significance and provided practical suggestions to teachers, instructors, and practitioners in educational fields of development, operation, and management to suggest the need for rapport, motivation for participation and the direction of operation.
