대졸자의 재학 중 일 경험이 공공기관 취업성과에 미치는 영향

In this study, the effect of the job experience in school of the college graduates on the employment performance of public institutions that assess NCS-based job competency was analyzed. For this purpose, the 2018 GOMS data of Korea Employment Information Service was used. In order to achieve the research objective, the employees of public institutions were selected, and the difference of permanent position employment between the job experienced and the job unexperienced while attending school was examined, and the effect of working experience in school on employment performance was analyzed. The outcome of the research showed that there was no statistically significant difference on the permanent position employment between the job experienced and the job unexperienced while in school. The result of the analysis of the effect of job experience while in school on the permanent position employment revealed that work experience did not affect permanent position employment. However, gender, school leave experience, location of university, vocational education and training, and pre-graduation employment goals were found to affect permanent position employment. In addition, it was found that the work experience while attending school did not affect job satisfaction. Based on these findings, this study suggested the need for desirable career guidance and policy implications for college graduates’ job experience during their school years.
