상사의 윤리적리더십이 구성원의 직무몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

Ethical management and social responsibility of companies, which are one of the important factors directly connected to survival as well as securing competitiveness, are being emphasized. In addition, the image of a company can be said to be an important factor influencing corporate performance. Corporate image and social responsibility become important issues for leaders who aim for ethical management, and ethical leadership becomes the goal to be pursued. Therefore, in this study, an empirical study was attempted to investigate the effect of the ethical leadership of the supervisor on the employee’s job commitment and turnover intention. With this verification, we tried to present implications for the attitudes of members of the organization through ethical leadership. According to the results of this study, it was found that transparency and honesty, which are sub-elements of the ethical leadership of the supervisor, increase employees’ job involvement and lower the intention to turnover. As a result, it can be seen that ethical leadership becomes an important leadership in human resource management. As the uncertainty in the business environment increases, securing core competencies is increasingly being emphasized as an important variable directly connected to the survival of the organization. If the most important core competencies are considered in terms of human capital, securing excellent talent can be seen as the most important. Leadership should be emphasized in order to secure and retain such excellent talent. Among many leaderships, honesty and transparency of ethical leadership are considered to be important management items in order to secure an organization’s competitive advantage through ethical management.
