‘지속 가능한 발전’(SDGs)과 융합 생태디자인 공모전 출품작 분석 연구 -「SDGs 디자인 국제공모전」 수상작품을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to analyze the design characteristics of the winning entries of the SDGs Design International Call for Entries over the past three years, and to examine sustainable development and integrated ecosystem design strategies. To this end, this study first examines the orientation of the SDGs for sustainable development. However, the goals of SDGs are not only diverse, but also have many institutional and policy factors. Therefore, in order to achieve effective SDGs goals, this study further focuses on eco-design. This is because eco-design has a healing view of the future environment and a solution to current design problems. From the results of the overall analysis of youth award-winning entries from around the world, the ecological design system characterized by the most award-winning entries was the interrelationship system that values the coexistence of humans and nature, followed by the area-centered site system. In other words, we found that the solutions to ecological and environmental problems are effective when applying integrated systems thinking. This is because the award-winning works, through observation, not only propose designs that change most of the software and behavior from material design to systems, but also fused eco-design systems can achieve sustainable development prospects through the coexistence and integration of nature and humans.
