액션러닝을 활용한 스마트융합관광 수업에 대한 사례연구: 성찰일지 내용 분석 중심으로

본 연구는 스마트융합관광 교과목을 항공 및 호텔, 관광 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 액션러닝을 적용하여 수업 운영한 사례를 분석하여 제시한 것으로, 팬테믹 이후 가장 민감한 변화가 예측되는 고객 서비스 분야에서 액션 러닝이 어떠한 학습 효과를 나타내는지 알아보고자 진행되었다. 동일 학부 내 유사 전공자들은 팀을 나누어 실제 과제를 해결하였고, 과제 해결 후 자신들이 학습하고 경험한 내용을 연구자와의 개별 면담과 성찰 일지에 각 각 작성하였다. 연구 결과 액션러닝 기반 융합수업에 대한 경험은 4개의 주제, 8개의 범주로 도출되었고, 4개의 범주는 [소틍의 장] [협업의 가치] [수업의 재미 발견] [아이디어 확산] 이었다. 액션러닝 적용 수업을 통해 학습자들은 정형화된 교수자 강의식 학습방법이 아닌 토론 및 문제 해결 방법을 통해 새로운 지식 습득 경로를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 전공을 넘어 학부 내 또는 대학 내 다양한 학과 간 융합 교과목을 개발하여 효율적으로 운영하는 것이 필요할 것임을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the educational experience of the college students majoring airline service and hotel tourism after designing an action learning class and conduct to find out what learning effects has in the customer service area. Under dividing 3 different teams, they found the problem, disscussed and suggested the solution. By taking the procedure, they wrote what learned and experienced in individual interviews with the researchers. As a result of this study, the experience of action learning-based convergence classes were derived into 8 topics and 4 categories:communication, cooperation with team members, finding real interest in class and convergence of idea. Through action learning-applied classes, the students experienced a new knowledge acquisition path through discussion and problem-solving methods, not a formal instructor-led learning method. Based on the research results, it was suggested that it would be necessary to develop and operate convergence courses berween various departments within the college or whithin the college beyond the major.
