Due to the rapid population decline, the ROK Army has introduced a scientific security system in the GOP area since 2015. But, there has been no evaluation indicators for the efficiency of the operating scientific security system. In this study, we investigated an optimization model for determining an observation order of scientific surveillance equipment. Key idea of our research is that we construct M-TSP model where the environment that originally existed in 3D space which was reduced to 2D space. We hope that this study will be used in the field and improve the security operation level.
