배달대행 플랫폼 서비스 기업 ESG 경영전략 우선순위 도출을 위한 계층화분석기법(AHP) 적용

코로나19 팬데믹 이후 급성장한 이륜차 기반의 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 서비스 산업이 환경 및 사회적으로 다양한 문제들이 점차 증가하고 있는바, 해당 산업에서도 통합적인 관점의 ESG 경영전략에 관한 심층적인 연구의 필요성을 느꼈다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업 ESG 경영전략의 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하기 위하여, 기업의 ESG 전문가와 10년 이상의 관련 업무 경력을 기반으로 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 서비스를 이해하고 있고 관련 정부과제를 진행 중인 전문가들을 선정하여 AHP 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 사회(S)적 부문이 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업의 ESG 경영전략 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업의 ESG 경영전략 방향이 환경(E) 부문 개선을 중심으로 진행 중인 현 상황과 대비된다. 이처럼 본 연구는 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 기업의 ESG 경영전략을 세부적으로 제시하고, 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 산업의 ESG경영전략 우선순위가 타 산업과 다르다는 점을 확인하였다는 측면에서 학술적 의의를 지닌다. 또한 아직 준비 중인 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업이 ESG 경영을 도입함에 있어서 합리적인 의사결정에 도움을 제공한다는 측면에서 실무적 의의를 지닌다.
Abstract
Research Purpose: As the Korean delivery platform service industry is increasingly facing various environmental and social issues, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on ESG management strategies from an integrated perspective. Research Methods: Review of Korean and global ESG disclosure standards and evaluation indicators, FGI(Focus Group Interview), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Results in Research: It was found that the social sector of ESG is the most prioritized among the ESG management strategies of Korean delivery platform companies, which contrasts with the current situation where the direction of ESG management strategies of Korean delivery platform companies is centered on improving the environmental sector. Research Conclusion: This study presents the ESG management strategies of Korean delivery platform companies in detail and confirms that the ESG management strategy priorities of the Korean delivery platform industry are different from other industries. This study will help Korean delivery platform service companies to make rational decisions by considering the importance and priority of ESG management in practice.
