간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 그릿, 사회적 지지가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

This study is a research study to identify the effects of self-leadership, grit, and social support on college life adjustment for nursing students. The subjects of the study were 189 students enrolled in the nursing department of a college located in J city, and data were collected from October 25 to November 10, 2023 using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Post-hoc test, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. As a result of the study, the average score of self-leadership was 3.53 out of 5, grit was 3.22 out of 5, social support was 3.78 out of 5, and college life adjustment was 3.48 out of 5. College life adjustment showed statistically significant differences according to grades and major satisfaction among general characteristics. Nursing students' college life adjustment was positively correlated with self-leadership (r= .46, p< .01), grit (r= .40, p< .01), and social support (r= .38, p< .01). Self-leadership (β= .30, p< .01) was the biggest influencing factor on the subjects' college life adjustment, followed by satisfaction with the major (β= .22, p= .01), grit (β= .20, p= .01), and social support (β= .16, p= .01), and the explanatory power of these variables was 33%. In order to improve nursing students' college life adjustment, it is necessary to develop programs that strengthen self-leadership, grit, and social support.
