열처리를 이용한 헤어미용시술의 모발손상도와 지속 가능한 보호에 관한 연구

초록
현대사회는 외모를 사회적인 성공이나 대인관계, 그리고 자아존중감으로 연계하여 더욱 중요시하고 있다. 외모를 중요시하는 심리는 실제 미용관리로 이어졌으며, 헤어미용은 얼굴과함께 외모에 가장 큰 영향을 주기에, 이미지에 미치는 영향이 매우 큰 것으로 알려져있다. 화학 제품과 열을 이용한 기구를 함께 병용한 열처리 헤어미용 시술은 가장 선호되고 있는 미용서비스이다. 그러나 열처리를 이용한 헤어 시술은 모발의 건조, 모표피의 파손, 갈라짐, 끊어짐 등 모발의 손상을 일으킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 열처리를 이용한 헤어미용시술에서 발생하는 모발을 방지하고 이를 보호할 수 있는 방안들을 연구한 국내 학술 연구를 조사하므로써, 이 분야의 연구를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 본 연구방법은 문헌고찰 방법이며, 매직 스트레이트, 디지털 퍼머넌트, 아이론 퍼머넌트 등의 열처리를 이용한 헤어미용시술에한정하였다. 처리 온도, 연화 시간, 열 방치 시간 등 시술 조건에 따른 모발의 손상과 보호를주제로 한 학술연구를 대상으로 하였으며, 광택도, 인장강도, 수분 함량, 다공성 등의 모발의상태를 분석할 수 있는 지표별 실험 결과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 열처리 이용 헤어미용 시술로 인한 모발 손상의 특성을 정리하고, 모발의 손상을 방지하거나, 보호 및 완화를 할 수 있는 효과적인 연구결과들을 고찰하였다. 결론적으로, 모발 손상을 최소화하기 위해서는 적절한 온도와 시간 설정, pH의 조절, 보조제 및 트리트먼트제의 사용과 같은 복합적인관리가 필요하다. 그러므로 미용전문가의 제품과 기기를 이용한 조건의 선택 및 전문적 기술을 병행할 필요가 있다. 나아가, 기능성 보호 성분과 고효율 저온 헤어미용기기 개발에 대한후속 연구도 병행되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Modern society places more importance on appearance, linking it to social success, interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem. The psychology of valuing appearance has led to actual beauty care, and hair care is known to have a great impact on one’s image, as it has the greatest impact on one’s appearance along with the face. Heat treatment hair care procedures using chemical products and heat-based devices are the most preferred beauty services. However, hair care procedures using heat treatment can cause hair damage, such as hair drying, hair cuticle damage, splitting, and breakage. This paper aims to use domestic academic research that has studied ways to prevent and protect hair caused by heat treatment hair care procedures as basic data for research in this field. The research method is a literature review method, and it is limited to hair care procedures using heat treatment, such as magic straight, digital permanent, and iron permanent. The subject of this study was academic research on hair damage and protection according to treatment conditions such as treatment temperature, softening time, and heat retention time, and the results of experiments by indicators that can analyze the condition of hair such as gloss, tensile strength, moisture content, and porosity were analyzed. Through this, the characteristics of hair damage caused by hair beauty treatments using heat treatment were organized, and effective research results that can prevent, protect, and alleviate hair damage were reviewed. In conclusion, in order to minimize hair damage, complex management such as setting an appropriate temperature and time, adjusting pH, and using auxiliary agents and treatments is necessary. Therefore, it is necessary to select conditions using products and devices by beauty experts and to use professional techniques in parallel. In addition, follow-up research on the development of functional protective ingredients and high-efficiency low-temperature hair beauty devices should also be conducted in parallel.
