예비특수교사의 인권의식이 다문화교수효능감에 미치는 영향: 감성지능과 이타행동의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human rights consciousness of pre-service special teachers on multicultural teaching efficacy, and to find out the mediating effect of emotional intelligence and altruistic behavior in the relationship between human rights awareness and multicultural teaching efficacy. Students from the K University Elementary and Secondary Special Education departments were randomly sampled, and 149 respondents were surveyed. The research analysis method is as follows. First, Pearson correlation was obtained to find the correlation each variables. Second, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the effect of human rights consciousness, emotional intelligence, and altruistic behavior on multicultural teaching efficacy. Third, Process macro 4 was conducted to examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence and altruistic behavior in the relationship between human rights consciousness and multicultural teaching efficacy. The research results are as follows. First, the average of each variable was human rights consciousness 4.39, emotional intelligence 4.03, altruistic behavior 3.80, and multicultural teaching efficacy 3.92. Second, human rights consciousness, emotional intelligence, altruistic behavior, and multicultural teaching efficacy showed a positive and significant correlation. Third, human rights consciousness and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on multicultural teaching efficacy. Fourth, in the relationship between human rights consciousness and multicultural teaching efficacy, emotional intelligence and altruistic behavior showed a mediating effect. Based on these results, the development and application of support programs to promote students' emotional intelligence and teaching methods were presented to improve the effectiveness of multicultural teaching of pre-service special teachers, and further research was suggested.
