초록
The advancement of digital technology has accelerated the transformation of the cultural tourism industry and facilitated the revitalization and inheritance of traditional culture.Within this context, the carving patterns of the Chinese Tujia ethnic group are recognized as traditional craft resources with distinctive regional cultural value. However, systematic demand orientation and quantitative strategies for their digital transformation and innovation in cultural tourism products remain insufficient. This study aims to identify users’ core needs and priorities regarding digital cultural tourism products based on Tujia carving patterns, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for future product development. To address the unclear demand structures in the traditional craft tourism industry, a Kano model–based analytical framework was developed. Each user requirement was categorized by attribute type, and a demand priority ranking system was derived through the calculation of the Better–Worse coefficient. The results indicate that users’ basic needs emphasize the authentic restoration of cultural heritage, expected needs highlight the deep enhancement of immersive experiences, and attractive needs focus on the innovative realization of social sharing and personalized customization features.
