초록
본 연구는 대학생의 창업행동의 영향요인을 규명하기 위해 심리적 특성(창업효능감, 창업의지)과 디지털 실무 역량(데이터 활용역량, 창업마케팅)의 상대적 영향력을 분석하여 실질적 행동 유발을 위한 교육 프로그램의 기초를 제공하고자 하였다. 충북 지역 소재 4개 대학에서 창업 강좌 수강 및 동아리 활동 경험이 있는 대학생 130명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석과 위계적 회귀분석 등을 수행한 결과, 창업의지와 창업효능감 등 심리적 요인이 창업행동을 유의하게 설명하는 주요 변인으로 확인되었다. 특히 이들 심리적 변인을 통제할 경우 기존의 전공 간 격차는 유의미하게 해소되는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 디지털 역량은 창업행동과 높은 상관관계를 보였으나, 변수 간의 높은 공유 분산으로 인해 선투입된 심리적 요인이 모형의 주요 설명력을 선점함에 따라 본 모형 내에서 직접적인 추가 설명력은 나타나지 않았다. 이는 대학생의 창업 실천에 있어 기술적 숙련도와 심리적 기제가 상호 배타적으로 작용하기보다는, 유기적으로 결합되어 행동을 유발하는 통합적 기제로 작동함을 시사한다. 따라서 향후 대학 창업교육은 파편화된 기술 전수에서 벗어나, 전공별 특수성을 반영하되 심리적 장벽을 완화하는 융합형 동기부여 프로그램 및 학습자 맞춤형 교육 설계로 전환되어야 한다.
Abstract
This study investigates the key drivers of college students' entrepreneurial behavior by examining the relative influence of psychological traits (self-efficacy, intention) and digital practical competencies (data utilization, marketing). Data from 130 students with entrepreneurship experience were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with oblique rotation and hierarchical regression. Psychological factors significantly predicted entrepreneurial behavior. Notably, controlling for these variables eliminated behavioral gaps by academic major. While digital competencies highly correlated with behavior, they lacked additional explanatory power in the regression model. This occurred because the initially entered psychological factors preempted the explanatory power due to high shared variance among the variables. These findings imply that technological proficiency and psychological traits are not mutually exclusive; rather, they function organically as an integrated mechanism driving entrepreneurial action. Therefore, university entrepreneurship education should shift from fragmented, skill-centric training toward customized, convergence-based motivational programs that alleviate psychological barriers and reflect major-specific characteristics.
