A Study on the Individualism-Collectivism Orientation and Attitudes Toward Industrial Relations

This study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between individual's individulaism collectism orientation and attitudes toward labor union and labor-management relations.so we generally hypothesized that individuals high on collectivism score were favorable to labor union and toward labor union and positive toward antagonistic labor-management relations. For and empirical research a quetionnarires were distributied to employees in 15 companie. among 400 distributed cases, 351 cases(returned rate; 87.7%) were collected, total 340 cases.(85.0%) were used after screening unreliable ones.
