병원의 수익성 평가 측정지표간의 차이 연구-국립대학교 병원을 중심으로-

초록
>본 연구의 목적은 수익성 지표로 사용된 변수들이 서로 차이가 있는지를 검증함으로서 이들 변수를 이용한 관련 실증연구의 유용성을 향상시켜 보고자 하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 T－test 검증과 ANOVA 검증을 이용하여 연구를 수행하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총자본수익성 지표, 자기자본수익성 지표, 의료수익 수익성 지표별 분석결과 동일한 수익성 지표내의 각각의 세부 수익성 지표 중 어떠한 지표를 사용하더라도 큰 문제가 없을 것으로 제시되었다. 둘째, 총자본수익성 지표, 자기자본수익성지표, 그리고 의료수익 수익성 지표간의 차이 검증에 대한 결과 총자본수익성 지표, 자기자본수익성지표, 그리고 의료수익 수익성 지표 모두가 차이가 없는 것으로 제시되어 기존의 연구와 다르게 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과에 비추어 볼 때 재무제표에서 제시되는 수익성 지표 중 적어도 국립대학교 병원의 경우에는 어떠한 수익성 지표를 사용하더라도 종속변수로 인한 차이는 없을 것이란 결과를 제시할 수 있으며, 동일한 수익성 지표의 세부 수익성 변수 간에도 통계적으로 유의적인 차이는 없음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 병원의 수익성과 관련한 연구와 수익성을 종속변수로 한 영향요인 연구 등에 대한 자그마한 지침이 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
>This study aims at improving availability of Empirical Study which are related to ROI index by examining each variables to find differences. To achieve the goal of this paper, I have used T－test and ANOVA test and statistical results are as following；First, it's appeared that the results of analyzing return on total capital index, return on equity capital index and return on medical operation don't have any serious controversial points whatever same index of in detailed ROI indexes are used. Second, the findings show that there's no differences among return on total capital index, return on equity capital index and return on medical operation differ from previous researches. In a view of the results, it could be suggested that whatever ROI index is used, there will be no differences caused by dependant variable at least in the case of National University Hospital's financial sheet. Among detailed variables of similar ROI indexes at statistical level, there are no significant differences. The results of this study could provide a direction of research which dealt with ROI index and using a effecting factor which has ROI characteristic as a dependant variables
