실업계 고등학교 학생들의 진로지도에 관한 연구

초록
진로교육의 진정한 의미는 학생들의 잠재능력을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 그들 자신의 소질ㆍ적성ㆍ능력ㆍ등에 알맞은 방향으로 이끌어 주는 데 있다. 따라서 학교는 학생의 진로계획을 수립하도록 도와주어야 하며, 진학 또는 취업에 필요한 정보를 광번위하게 수집ㆍ분석하여, 학생들로 하여금 자신의 적성, 흥미, 가치관, 선호하는 양식 등에 적합한 직업 및 진로를 결정할 수 있도록 조력해 주어야 한다. 본 연구는 상업고등학교와 직업분야 특성화고등학교 학생들의 진학동기, 학교에 대한 만족도, 장래직업관, 졸업 후의 진로선택, 진로지도에 대한 만족도 등을 설문지법을 통하여 분석하였다. 학생들의 진학동기는 자신의 의지와는 무관하게 중학교 때 성적순으로 실업계고등학교로의 진로가 결정되고 있었으며, 실업고등학교의 만족도는 특성화고등학교가 상업고등학교보다는 높게 나타났으며, 장래 직업관에 대해서는 수입보다는 흥미와 적성에 맞는 직업을 우선시 하고 있었다. 졸업 후 곧바로 취업 보다는 진학을 선호하는 학생이 많은 것으로 보아 흥미와 적성을 고려하여 고등학교에 진학하는 것이 아니라 중학교 때의 성적순에 의하여 진학한 것과 무관하지 않다고 볼 수 있다. 학교가 제공하는 진로정보에 대해서도 학생들이 만족하지 목하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있어 상업고등학교 학생들의 욕구와 능력을 고려한 세심한 진로지도의 방안이 강구되어야 하겠다.
Abstract
Thus, in this study we researched that at first, we find the present question of business high school today, and present the efficient way of students' guiding a course. In this study, we concluded that in order to get a pride, need a proper curriculums, the many activities after school, and club activity of their hobbies. And the Specialized Business High School need to guide the students' proper course in order to develop their hobbies and their aptitudes through the cooperation system between industry and school, the lecture of a successful example, and many various experiences. On the other hand, what both schools concentrate on is to teach their pupils a vocational education as a expert. To gain these points, we need our efficient counselling on their course and the offer of various information in their employment, and entrance into a school of gigher grade. At the end, in order to get our competitive power, we respect the student's interest and aptitude, give them their chance that they themselves can search their vocation in the future, and finally make them the base of entrance into a higher school.
