초록
디자인 작품은 디자인세계자체가 작품이라는 실재적인 물질의 현실을 가능하게 표현 하지만 그 범주(category)는 다분히 미학적 접근을 통하여 분석할 수 있다. 디자인과 미학의 상관관계가 규정하는 미적 성찰은 형체를 갖춘 구체적인 예술에서 점차 새로운 양식의 창조를 목표로 새로운 개념을 내세우며 전통이나 기성개념을 타파하려는 혁신성을 현대에 나타내고 있다. 이러한 아이디어의 창출은 직관(直觀)을 통하여 객관적 실재가 인간에게 지각이나 표상의 형식을 통하여 통일적인 현상으로 나타난다. 이와 같은 사고방식은 디자인과 과학의 합일(合一)에서 이루어지는데 한쪽에 의존하는 부자적(父子的) 관계가 아니라 형제적(兄弟的) 관계를 의미한다. 직관적 인식(knowledge)은 개념적인 인식과 동등하며 직관의 힘은 개념의 힘과 같은 모습으로 디자인자체는 작가의 지각을 통한 직관에 의해서 직접적인 창조의 틀을 가지게 된다. 사유(思惟thinking)가 개념의 형식에 의하듯이 디자인은 직관의 형식으로 디자인을 구성하고 또한 계획하게 된다. 직관의 구성 및 형성이야 말로 디자인으로 하여금 인간생활을 합리적으로 설계하며 그로인한 심미성과 합목성이 창출되고 디자인의 자율성이 보장되는 것이다.
Abstract
In design, the design world itself is the design work and it is possible to express the real matter, but its category can be analyzed through aesthetic approach. The aesthetic thought that the correlation between design and art defines is gradually changing from the concrete art to new concept which aims at creating new styles. In modern times a revolution is taking place to break the traditional or preconceived idea. Creating such idea is realized into the universal phenomenon that concrete matters are realized as the form of human perception or image through intuition. Such way of thought comes from the unification of design and science and it is not the relationship of father and son, but that of brothers. The intuitional knowledge is equal to conceptual knowledge and the power of intuition is the power of concept. So the design itself has the creative module by intuition. As thinking is formed by concept, so design is structured and planned by intuition. The structure and form of intuition make the design plan human life rationally. And thereby aesthetical sense and rationality are created and the autonomy of design is guaranteed.
