사회적네트워크의 전략적네트워크로 성장가능성 실증분석* - 대덕연구개발특구기업의 사회적네트워크 분석을 중심으로

Social network is one of major managerial resources innovative high-tech small firm own as of inherited nature. In particular, Social network of Daeduck entrepreneur has been enlarged and organized as type of managerial asset for Daeduck high-tech firm since Daeduck Special R&D Zone has been indicated. This paper is delivered to assess the evolving possibility of Daeduck entrepreneur's social network into strong business strategic network. This paper carries out three particular studies. First, this paper justified a symbiotic relationship between social network and strategic network by literature review. Second, this paper implement a field survey against 498 firms about social network each firm create. As a result, this paper find wide range of entrepreneur's social network exist among themselves. Third, this paper assess the evolving possibility of social networks into strategic networks as firm and high-tech cluster grows. This paper conclude that there is slim seed but strong enough to develop strategic network as a basis of social network.
