초록
기업이 어떻게 국제 기술제휴전략을 선택하게 되었는지를 알려면은 기술제휴전략 선택 전, 선택 당시 및 전략 수정 후의 기업 현황, 기술제휴전략 선택 검토, 기술제휴사업 개요뿐만 아니라, 기술제휴 계약내용, 생산계획 및 판매계획, 기술대가 송금계획, 년차별 국제수지의 효과, 경영성과 등의 전과정을 세밀히 분석하여야 한다는 점이다. 왜냐하면 국제 기술제휴과정중의 상황변화와 기술제휴 후 사업계획의 내용에 따라 국제 기술제휴 전략 선택이 변경되기도 한다는 점이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 첫째, 지역 중소기업이 어떤 의사결정과정을 거쳐 국제 기술제휴 전략 선택을 하게 되었는지를 구체적으로 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 기존 연구가 전혀 없는 상황에서 처음으로 시도한 탐색적 사례분석 연구로서, 앞으로의 연구를 위한 이론정립 및 가설검증의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. 셋째 국제 기술제휴 전략 선택 의사결정과정상에서 지역 중소기업 해외사업 담당 실무자들이 참조할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구대상 사례기업의 해당투자 실무자와의 수차례의 면담을 통해 전반적인 사항을 파악한 후에, 추가적으로 사내자료를 체계적으로 분석하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this case study are (1) to examine process of decision making of choice of strategy of international licensing of SAMLIP Co. (2) to present implication in analysis of process of decision making in choice of strategy of international licensing. This case study is to examine items which are ① firm status of previous, at that time, and afterward of choice of strategy of international licensing ② study of choice of strategy of international licensing ③ outline of international licensing ④ contents of licensing agreement ⑤ production & sales plan ⑥ production form ⑦ process table of production ⑧ remittance plan of royalty ⑨ effect of international balance of payments ⑩management effect. The implication of this case study is that we have to consider integrated aspects of law and business in analysis of process of decision making of international licensing.
