국어 기본법의 법률적 실효성과 의의

As a result of The Framework Act on the Korean Language(Law No. 7368), which announced January 27, 2005, the foundations and environments for the development and conservation for Korean Language, are established and prepared by law. Nevertheless, it is still dissatisfied with the efficiency of Korean language policies and legal backing. This dissatisfaction is drawn from a noneffectiveness of a law by itself. The laws which are classified constitution, act, order, regulation, etc., have their different status from one another in legal rank. Upper laws restrict accordingly lower laws in substance. A constitution, for example, restrict act, and act order, order regulation. The Framework Act on the Korean Language as a act is restricted by the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, and restricts a great many of orders, regulations, etc. This study was focused on whether The Framework Act on the Korean Language is effective practically in legal rank respect or not and what this act is noneffective in relation to the other laws. And then I searched for the ways how to make this act self-sufficiency and effective as a law.
