모바일 사용자 경험 향상을 위한 협업 디자인 연구

Mobile phone has many functions like MP3, camera, TV, game and has many services like portal, VOD (video on demand), AOD (audio on demand), LBS (location based service) etc. The handset manufacturer and the carriers try to design the user interface for improvement of user experience. But each design conflict occasionally because the customers used the functions which is provided by handset manufacturer and the services which is provided by carriers at the same time. We defined a user interface process based user centered design process. We provides a total framework considering both handset manufacturer and carriers based each steps; planning and strategy, specification, wire design, body design, verification. We adapted the steps with touch screen phone.
