소자본 상공인들의 창업기회 원천에 관한 실증적 연구

초록
본 연구는 소자본 상공인들을 중심으로 창업기회원천의 공간적 배경, 시간적 배경, 창업기회를 접하게 된 동기, 창업자의 의지, 창업자본금규모 등의 조사를 통하여 창업 기회를 탐색하는 과정에서 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 그리고 창업을 위한 아이디어의 원천은 무엇이며, 어떤 상황에서 창업 아이디어를 선택하고, 어떤 선택이 성공 확률을 높일 수 있는지 기존 연구들의 창업기회의 원천과 최근의 창업기회 원천과 비교분석 하였다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 첫째, 창업의지를 가지고 있는 창업자와 창업의지가 없는 창업자의 비율을 조사한 결과 창업의지를 가지고 창업을 하는 경우가 32%나 많았다. 둘째, 창업이전의 직장이나 사업 경험(38%)을 통해서 창업을 한 창업가가 가장 높은 비율을 나타내었다. 셋째, 사업 기회포착은 본인의 직접 아이디어나 틈새시장(36%)을 보았기 때문에라는 항목이 가장 높은 비율을 보였다. 넷째, 사업기회를 얻기 위해 체계적으로 탐색한 경우가 38%로 나타나 많은 창업자가 사업기회를 준비하고 노력하고 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 창업초기 자본금은 5천만원 미만이 86%로 나타났다. 마지막으로 10년 전의 연구결과와 비교하였을 때 많은 창업가들이 실패를 줄이기 위해 보다 체계적으로 창업에 접근하는 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
This study compared and analyzed the pre-existing source for the starting enterprise chance to the last one, and researched which factor has an influence on in the process to investigate the starting enterprise chance through the research for the spatial and temporal background of the source of the starting enterprise chance, the reason to have the chance of the starting enterprise, and the enterpriser’s will. Also, this study analyzed what the idea’s source for the starting enterprise is, and which situation you get the starting enterprise’s idea in, and which choice makes the high success. According to the result for the actual analysis, at first, the enterpriser with they will could start the enterprise more 32% than one without their will. This result means that the small trader in the commerce and industry by intent prepare many things to start the enterprise. The second, the enterpriser with the work experience or the business experience could start the enterprise more 38%. The third, they get the chance of the starting enterprise on the basis of their idea and the niche market(36%). The fourth, they investigate systematically to get the chance of the starting enterprise, and its rate is 38%. This shows that many enterprisers try to prepare to get the chance of it, and they approach to the starting enterprise systematically and analytically to reduce their failure comparing with the research 10 years ago.
