농가유형별 소득결정요인 분석

The purpose of this study is to suggest political measure for stabilizing income of each type of farmhouse by analyzing decision factors of Koran farmhouse from 1992 to 2006. Its empirical analysis result and political measure are as follows. First, when considering the factor that gives an effect to the decision of farmhouse income, for the specialized farmhouse, income from stock raising and farming labor productivity were high. For the farmhouse with side job(class 1), the income from stock raising gives an effect and for the farmhouse with side job(class 2), the income from stock raising and GNI per a person gives an effect. Second, as decision factor of farmhouse income, for specialized farmhouse, income from stock raising, farming labor productivity per a person and parity index give effects, for the farmhouse with side job(class 1), farming labor productivity gives an effect and for the farmhouse with side job(class 2), income from farm product, GNI per a person and farming labor productivity per a person give effects. Third, as the factor that gives effect to income decision excluding farming of each type of farmhouse, it is found that for all types of farmhouses, GNI per a person gives effect to income decision. As shown in the analysis on income decision factor of each type of farmhouse, the government shall continue farmhouse income stabilization policy by improving farming labor productivity per a person, stabilizing the income of stock farm and creating job for the farmhouse with side job in order to stabilize income of each type of farmhouse.
