교원노조의 실태와 합리적 교섭구조에 관한 연구

Unification negotiation of teachers as a efficient ways of simplifying of negotiation channel that unite pluralized teachers' organizations. This suggestion could be helpful From 1st of July 1999, as teachers' unions (Korean Federation of Teachers' Associations etc.) got legalized, due to the teachers' union law, professional teachers' organization and teachers' union exist together under educationists' organization. Therefore teachers' society were divided into two sides and changed its form as pluralized organizations. The purpose of this investigation, under pluralized teachers' union, is to establish the rational way of structuring negotiation by finding the ways of simplifying of negotiation channel of educationists' organization. The "the system of self unification negotiation of teachers" that was suggested above is a maintenance of the law system of simplification of negotiation channel of pluralized teachers' union and by encourage the participation mind of teachers that fit into the change in society, the organization can extend the establishment of teachers' rights and interests and as a organization that holds the expertism we expect that "the system of self unification negotiation of teachers" could develop as professional teachers'(labour) union.
