서해안 오토벨트지역 자동차부품산업의 e-Transformation化에 있어 ERP의 활성화와 확산에 관한 연구

본 연구는 자동차부품 중소기업의 e-transformation和를 위한 활성화 및 확산을 위한 전략적 시사점을 도출할 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 ERP를 비롯한 기업내 정보기술 수용 및 확산을 살펴본 선행연구 고찰을 통해 ERP 시스템의 도입에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 변수들을 도출하였다. 전라북도 군산지역을 중심으로 자동차 부품산업에 속하는 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 107개의 설문자료를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 실증분석 결과 ERP 시스템에 대한 신뢰와 시스템 유용성이 수용의도에 매우 중요한 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였으며, ERP 시스템 특성중 적합성과 편리성, 최고경영자 지원은 시스템 유용성에, 비용과 변화에 대한 준비 그리고 최고경영자 지원은 신뢰에 각각 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였다. 이러한 검증결과는 최고경영자 지원이 중소 제조기업의 ERP 시스템 수용에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실을 확인하였으며, 도입하려는 ERP 시스템 특성과 조직특성이 복합적으로 수용과정에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다는 의의를 지니고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the success factors that affect the intention to adopt ERP system in Small Industry. We wondered what factors make effects to Adoption Intention of ERP system, and so we made this model lies in trust in ERP system, Usefulness, System factors(compatibility, ease of use, perceived cost), Organizational factors(readiness for change, top management supports). To test and calculate the influencing effects, we used SEM(structural equation modeling) methods by LISREL v. 8.72, and SPSS v. 15.0. To identify these relationships and test 13 hypotheses, the secondary data or previous studies that were related with ERP System adoption, were collected and theoretically arranged. As the results of the test, we came to get the conclusions as follow; First, ERP system trust and usefulness has significant effects on adoption intention of ERP directly or indirectly. Second, the compatibility, ease of use, readiness for change, top management supports are playing positively for the adoption, but perceived cost is negative factor indirectly via trust and usefulness in perspective.
