부산광역시 선도기업의 기업전략, 윤리경영, 지식경영이 조직성과에 미치는 영향

This study examined the effects of corporate strategy, business ethics, knowledge management on organization performances of leading companies in Busan. When the companies set corporate strategies to enhance the competitive advantages, how the degrees of their corporate resources and competences affected implementation of ethics management, knowledge management and balanced scorecards indicators, and also found out that the level of knowledge management affected balanced scorecards. The results of analyses as follows. First, when the leading companies established the corporate strategies, the degree of considering corporate resources and competences affected positively on implementation of ethics management. Second, the degree of considering corporate resources and competences affected positively on the level of knowledge management. Third, the degree of considering corporate resources and competences affected positively on the improvement of the balanced scorecard indicators. Fourth, implementation of ethics management positively affected on the improvement of the balanced scorecard indicators. Finally, the level of knowledge management not positively affected on the improvement of the balanced scorecard indicators. Busan municipal government acknowledged the importance of leading companies' role in Busan economics and tried to enhance the competitiveness of them. The policies are suggested such as promotion of knowledge management system, ethics management.
