공공자전거디자인 개발을 위한 연구 -나주시를 중심으로-

초록
최근 국제적으로 녹색성장 산업의 중요성이 높아지면서 녹색교통수단인 공공자전거에 대한 관심이 높다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국 특성에 맞는 공공자전거디자인을 개발하기 위해 국내 자전거 조사와 특성 분석, 공공자전거디자인을 위한 최적의 스팩(spec)을 조사하여 자전거디자인 모델 개발과 적용방법에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. 1차 실험에서는 수량화 3류 분석과 클러스터분석 결과, 자전거는 가격에 따라 스팩에 차이가 있는 것으로분석되었지만, 일부 자전거는 자전거 종류나 스팩 등이 포괄적으로 적용되고 있어 자전거의 특성을 명확히 분류하기는 힘들었다. 따라서 2차 실험에서는 실제 시운전을 통해 자전거디자인을 위한 스팩을 분석하였다. 2차 실험 결과, 자전거 프레임은 Down Tube 방식이 가장 이상적이며 Wheel Size는 20-26“(inch), 구동부는 체인방식, 변속기는 최종적으로 내장 3단과 외장 7단으로 조사되었다. 또한, 공공자전거 디자인 적용을 위해서 분석결과와 기존의 자전거 디자인 최종 스팩 결과를 참조하여 최종 자전거 스팩을 확정하였다. 위의 결과를 바탕으로 공공자전거에 대한 디자인을 진행하였다. 1, 2차 디자인 모델링 결과 자전거디자인의 프레임은 다이아몬드형과 Down Tube 방식의 디자인 특성을 살펴보았고 실제 모형을 제작하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공자전거 디자인을 위해 자전거 속성과 최적의 스팩을 분석하여 공공자전거디자인을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Recently the importance of "green industry" is emphasized at international, and following this trend, the attention paid to green transportation means-public bicycles is also increased. The purpose of this research is public bicycles design development with features of Korean. This study included the bicycles design model development part and application method part. All of these were done through the domestic bicycle investigation and characteristics analysis, also optimal spec study. 1st test the result come out by using Quantification Theory 3 and Cluster Analysis. Although the analysis was done according to the prices and specifications, because one partial of bicycles were applied including bicycles types and specs, it is difficult to classify the bicycles feature clearly. And then at the 2nd test, spec was analyzed through trail run. At the result of 2nd test, the Down Tube mode is the most ideal one for bicycle frame with the wheel size is 20-26 inch, drive way is Chain, and gearbox need 3 at interior and 7 at exterior. The analysis result and existing bicycles design spec result was consulted for deciding the final bicycles spec. According the above result, the design of public bicycles was headed. The result of 1st and 2nd design modeling showed that: the frame of bicycle design is diamond type and Down Tube mode. The real model was produced through checking design features above. This research gave a suggestion for public bicycles design through analyzing bicycles attributes and optimal spec for public bicycles design
