The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of group cohesiveness and perceived team support on team and organizational commitment, career commitment and turnover intention of food service companies. Data is collected from employees of food service companies located in Seoul Korea. Based on the collecting data, hypotheses by using path analysis. The results of this study is as follows. First, group cohesiveness has the positive impact on team commitment. Second, perceived team support has the positive impact on team commitment. Third, team commitment has the positive impact on organizational commitment. Forth, organizational commitment has the positive impact on career commitment. Lastly, organizational commitment has the negative impact on turnover intention.
