The Effects of Organizational Learning on Service Orientation in Hotels: Mediating Effect of Organizational Trust

초록

Using a sample of 779 hotel employees who work for five-star hotels located in Seoul. This study is to examined the effects of Organizational Learning of Hotel on Organizational Trust and Service Orientation. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the results of structural equation modeling(SEM)test indicated that the organizational learning had a positive effect on service orientation. second, this study found a role of organizational trust as a mediator positively affected on organizational learning and service orientation. In service businesses where the human resource plays an important role, the employees' service will greatly contribute to the enhancement of performance in hotels.

Abstract
