An Effect of Nurses' Job Stress on Job Burnout and Job Effectiveness: Focusing on Large-sized Hospital in Daegu․Gyeongbuk Area

This study intended to examine the relationship between job stress and job burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention on nurses working at large-sized hospital in Daegu·Gyeongbuk area, and at leat, so far as nursery field, it is considered to be a earlier study. The purpose of this study was that organization manager can secure the effectiveness of the organization by providing a strategic plan aimed to operate effective nurses' human resource management. The findings are that nurses' job stress has significantly relation to the job burnout, job burnout has a significantly negative relation to job satisfaction and has a significantly positively relation to turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a significantly positively relations to turnover intention. This study has some limitation in relative to specific survey region and classification according to job diversity.
