경영자의 서번트 리더십이 기술경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - S기업의 통신망 구축/운용을 중심으로 -

I try to make a special study of correlation among servant leadership, result for manage of technology and superior trust. Does superior trust can be medium between on the effect of result for management of technology and servant leadership? I did check to find the answer for that question. For this, I made study hypothesis based on theory researches. I got 112 cases questionnaires from members of organization in the major company such as SK telecom, SK broadband, SK construction company, SKNS of SK conglomerate to examine my study hypothesis. The four hypothesis were adopted among eight hypothesis First, servant leadership effect positive(+) influence on the result for management of technology. Second, servant leadership certainly effect on the result for management of technology but, superior trust doesn't control in their correlation. Third, my research has a limit. I presented type of restricted scope like a member of engineers in SK group. After this study I though we need to study more about influence between servant leadership and result for management of technology by choosing extensive subject, for instance, Korean companies and foreign companies (financial business, civil servant, manufacturing industries, school personnel, large company, small and medium enterprises, ect.).
