The objective of this paper is to find out how Hospital Information System influence on, Strategy, Work Process, and Human Resource Management based on Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model. An empirical study is to analyze the causal relationships among Hospital Information System, Strategy, Work Process, and Human Resource Management. Data were collected from the six Korean hospitals. the results of this study indicate that Hospital Information System positive effects other factors This study show that Hospital Information System has became one of the most important factor in hospitals. However, RMR value and AGFI value are not statistically significant thus we changed research model to use MI(Modification Index).
