퇴원환자의 특성이 퇴원 후 의료이용에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factor of the medical service utilization for one year after discharge in the characteristics of inpatients. This is based on the medical DB of the discharge patients, 1,122 cases, between March 1 and 31 in 2010. The research period was from April in 2010 to March of 2011 and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0. As a result of this research, the outpatient revisit numbers after discharge were influenced by job, malignant neoplasms, health service and length of stay as the characteristics of discharge patients. The inpatient' cases after discharge were affected by department, malignant neoplasms, transfer and charge of KNHI. The total lengths of stay after discharge were influenced by department, malignant neoplasms, diseases of skin, diseases of the genitourinary system, transfer and charge of KNHI. It is very important to know the factors that the discharge patients revisit the same hospital for a treatment.
