한국의 녹색성장전략 변화에 관한 연구

IPCC paper contains shocking materials about global warming. In such a human survival environment, the world industrial structure is moving toward a rapid change. Developed countries like U.S.A and Japan and least developed countries like china and India are actively participating in global competition by establishing future development strategies of the Industrial Society. As a result, the competitions surrounding low-carbon green growth between industries and between nations are getting deepening. As Korea reported green growth vision and proceeded the phase of sustainable development strategies of administrations, Korea has also entered a new phase of 'low-carbon green growth' by the Lee Myung-bak administration since 2008. The relation between nations and society is showing very different aspects mutually about sustainable developmental growth theory and low-carbon green growth. Sustainable developmental strategy and low-carbon green growth of Korea are also showing very different aspects. Therefore this paper divided the green growth policy of Korea into two steps : sustainable developmental strategy and green growth strategy. Through a comparative analysis of those two steps, we analyzed it from an economic point of view and this paper newly suggested the task of 'low-carbon green growth policy’ and the coping strategies in Korea.
