무주택 저소득층을 위한 주거비지원제도의 개선에 관한 연구

This study will measure and identify the tasks performed by government to meet system requirements, to assist the houseless in finding and renting suitable housing in a timely way, and to ensure that a broad range of affordable rental housing throughout the improvement the law of national basic living support act and housing act. Subsequently, this thesis pointed out the problem of housing welfare policies and its law. The Housing Choice Voucher program is the federal government’s largest low-income housing assistance program in the USA. Funding for the HCV program is provided entirely by the federal government. The funding that PHAs receive includes the housing subsidy itself, plus administrative fees to cover the costs of running the program. Housing subsides systems for low-income brackets have to be introduced and implemented for the ultimate purpose of helping low-income households. I provides several policies implications for Korean housing rental subsidy system which will be expanded in the near future.
