노인요양병원의 서비스품질방침이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Service Quality Policy on Organizational Effect in Health Care Hospital for old people

초록

This study intended to confirm factors such as service quality policy, job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover from employee working at silver care hospital, and investigate causal relationship among them, also, offer implications to help hospital manager operate human resource. The result of study is as follows. First, service quality policy was finally extracted to three factors such as managing system, empowerment and compensation. Second, service quality policy has a partial effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment. In detail, managing system has an effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, and employee compensation has an effect on organization commitment. Third, job satisfaction has an effect on organization commitment, and job satisfaction has an effects on turnover respectively and positively. But organization commitment didn't have an effect on turnover. This study has some limitations and needs additional study in future.
