피자 전문점의 물리적환경이 서비스 품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

피자전문점의 과다한 경쟁으로 인하여 맛과 서비스는 물론이거니와 소비자들이 매장에 머무는 동안 즐거움과만족에 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요소가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 피자전문점의 물리적 환경에 의해서 소비자에대한 서비스 품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 연구의 효율적인 조사를 위하여 2012년 8월 10일부터 29일까지 대구에 위치하고 있는 국내 빅3 피자 전문점인미스터피자, 도미노피자, 피자헛을 이용하는 소비자를 중심으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문에 의한 데이터는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 다중회귀분석과 단순회귀분석으로 가설을 증명하였다. 가설에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설1은 피자전문점의 물리적 환경과 서비스 품질에 부분적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 가설2는 피자전문점의 물리적환경은 행동의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 가설3은 서비스 품질은 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 피자전문점의 성공적인 경영을 위한 중요한 요소에 차이를 두고 있으며, 그 결과로 인하여 실무 경영자에게 많은 도움이 되리라 믿는다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구의 한계점을 뛰어넘는 지속적인 연구가 계속되기를 진심으로 바란다.
Abstract
In order to give the alternatives of competitive advantages in the pizza restaurant business, this researchinvestigated the effects of pizza restaurants' physical environment on service quality and behavioral intention. Thisstudy surveyed those who live in Daegu and have visited in pizza restaurant from August 10 to August 29, 2012. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software packages and multiple regression was performed to test hypotheses. Results showed that the ambient condition, cleanliness, exterior, and employee service positively influenced apizza restaurant's perceived service quality as well as the restaurant customer's behavior intention. In addition,perceived service quality of the pizza restaurant had a positive effect on the customer's behavior intention. In thisstudy, differentiation and a unique concept were found as important factors in managing a successful pizzarestaurant. These results will help to implement management strategy. Limitations and future research directions arealso discussed.
