보디스 재구성을 통한 회화적 의상디자인 전개

Patterns can be manipulated into other shapesthrough the flat patternmaking or draping methods. Thedeveloping design patterns are generated the variety ofpattern shapes. The aim of this research was to generatethe developing design patterns for creative designshapes. It was covered the development of graphicdesign on bodice. It was made by reconstruction of basicbodice. The graphic bodice design was based on thepaintings, photographs, own individual designs. The reconstruction methods and procedures ofbodice was done with step 1 bodice a line drawing, step2 pattern illustrations, step 3 graphic bodice assembling. Bodice a line drawing process was to convert the graphicline to the stitchlines using the stylines. Patternillustrations process was to create the flat pattern cutalong the stylines. Graphic bodice assembling processwas to reconstruct the shape of bodice using the flatpatterns produced. Contents of this article were included in creativepractices; applied in undergraduate 3D constructionsyllabus and fashion design major draping syllabus. Asthe results, in the former case was applied to a varietyof design motifs, in the latter case was applied to varioussewing techniques. These results are considered todifferences in knowledge of garment making. Bodice reconstruction method using the basicbodice as a way of creative design can be utilized.
