항공서비스 전공 대학생의 성취목표지향성, 진로결정자기효능감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 전공만족의 매개효과 검증

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects between achievement goal orientation, career decision-making self-efficacy, employment preparation behavior and major satisfaction for students majoring in airline service. The survey was conducted through a total of 355 questionnaires and carried out frequency analysis, Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediating effect using the SPSS 18.0. program. The results of this study are as follows, First, between achievement goal orientation and employment preparation behavior, all factors of achievement goal orientation had meaningful effect on employment preparation behavior. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior, Personal search efficacy factor had meaningful effect on employment preparation behavior, the full-fledged career preparation behavior was not significantly affected. In addition, on the mediating effect of major satisfaction, between goal achievement orientation, career decision -making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior, the major satisfaction had a partial mediating effect, Students Majoring in Airline Service who are satisfied with their major are highly self-regulating efficacy compared to not satisfied students, and are considered to have a conviction and a clear decision about his/her career.
