서비스디자인을 적용한 에너지 절감 확산 사례 분석을 통한 지속가능한 디자인 고려 요소 연구

The project to spread energy saving apartment bill through service design is expanding nationwide. Along with this, there is also a need to improve bills design to sustain energy savings. In this study, sustainable design consideration factor study was conducted through case analysis of energy saving diffusion applying service design. The study methodology is summarized in three fold : Firstly, the theoretical logic of consumer reaction according to providing electricity usage information, energy saving case through service design, service design consideration factor were reviewed. Second, the energy management corporation reanalyzes the questionnaire survey of apartment complexes that have significant energy saving effect for the last three years. Third, through analysis, we derive what factors of users to consider in design for sustainable energy saving practice. As a result of the study, we derive the design consideration factors of diffusion project for sustainability of service design. Users who used to check and verify the amount received from old bills received various information from the new bills. There is yet to be a case in which the effects of the actual service design are applied to the effect of the actual design of the design and the effect of the effects of the actual design of the product. Researchers hope that the researchers who study the service design will use the service design as a good resource for future service design and future verification of the service.
