자수성가형 기업가의 특성에 관한 연구

‘Self-made entrepreneur’ is a person who establishes a business by himself or herself and achieves excellent results consistently. The majority of a vocational aptitude tests don't advise us to create our own job by ourselves. Are there any solid patterns of success in establishing a business? If there are, carrying out the task to discover them is very important for the society. When the indicators are made the best use of, they can support prospective self-made entrepreneurs to have confidence. This study is set off to present the evidence for emerging entrepreneurs to make progress toward their success. Reading lines of palms is something intriguing and curious for ordinary people, however it is a sort of repository of far too much information of an individual. It shows almost all the information of one person including his or her characteristics about energy, leadership, creativity, career aptitude, pioneering, independence, acceptability and up to health condition and physique as well as the tendency of personality, thinking and emotion. In several field it is putting in practice. But there are few thesis which have gone deep into the study. There are no preceding researches especially which have combined business administration and palmistry. This study assumed that the patterns of self-made entrepreneurs and employees are different. There are destiny lines on one's palms and they show the tendency of one's career or job. It is tried to discover the characteristics of self-made entrepreneur through making a comparative method of destiny-lines. The aim of this study is for entrepreneurs of the future to be discovered and convinced their growth potential to become self-made entrepreneurs. For this study participants are divided into two groups and inspected about their destiny-lines' physical shapes. One group is for 156 self-made entrepreneurs and second group is for 156 employees as the control group. Through this study it is found out one of the characteristics of the self-made entrepreneur. It follows below three findings. Finding 1. Among all the 156 self-made entrepreneurs' group, 125(80.13%) of them have self-made destiny-lines on their palms. It shows when a person has a self-made destiny-line on his palms he or she makes a business and achieves bisuness results consistently and becomes a self-made entrepreneur after all more frequently. `Finding 2. Among all the 156 employees' group, 119(76.28%) have employee destiny-lines on their palms. It shows when a person has employee destiny-lines on his or her palms he or she becomes a successful employee in the organization like a company more frequently. `Finding 3. As self-made entrepreneurs tend to have longer destiny-lines, employees tend to have shorter destiny-line. When one's destiny-line draws a vertical line which passes the heart line and ends up under the third finger, he or she could drive business results consistently as a self-made entrepreneur more frequently.
