중학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 창업･경제프로그램을 중심으로

This study was conducted as quantitative research method to investigate the factor affecting career maturity. The subjects of this study were 332 vulnerable youths who participated in the education welfare investment priority support project. These are the students who participated in the entrepreneurial economic program, which is one of the career education programs of the priority investment support program for education welfare. As a result of the study, first, there was a significant difference in the grade of career maturity according to demographic characteristics. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between the variables was significant(r=.585), school life adjustment(r=.581), learning motivation(r=.516) (R=.340), entrepreneurial commitment(r=.321), parent economic power(r=.197) and self-efficacy(r=.178). Finally, in the regression model for career maturity, we found a trend of increasing explanatory power for each additional model(R2 ranged from .041 to .068, .401 and .495), and all four regression models Statistically significant(p<.001). The results showed that the school adaptive variables had a significant relationship with the factors of career maturity, and the grades were influential at every stage although the influence was slightly different according to the newly added variables. In order to improve the career maturity of the middle school students, the following suggestions were made. First, it suggested the necessity of development of educational welfare program to play with peers and to develop oneself in order to make school life smooth. Second, it is necessary to apply the program according to the level of the participant who participates in the career program. Third, it is necessary to develop a program based on the cooperation spirit so that the attitude of the youth of the vulnerable class can be positively changed.
