본 연구의 목적은 사회적 자본 이론을 활용하여 기업들 간 거래(교환)에서 사회적 자본을 형성하게 되는 선행요인들을 규명하고, 이들 선행요인들이 사회적 자본의 형성에 미치는 영향을 확인하며, 나아가 사회적 자본이 공급사슬통합에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 거래공정성은 사회적 자본에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 거래진정성은 사회적 자본에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, CSR 활동은 사회적 자본에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 사회적 자본은 공급사슬통합에 정(＋)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 마지막으로, 사회적 자본은 거래공정성, 거래진정성, CSR 활동과 공급사슬통합 사이에서 부분매개변수로서 역할을 하는 것으로 나타난다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬을 이루는 기업들은 최종 고객만족을 위해 협력적인 관계가 되어야 하는데 여기는 사회적 자본이 유의한 영향을 미친다. 이러한 사회적 자본을 형성하기 위해서 기업들은 서로 간의 거래에서 공정성을 유지하며, 거래과정에서 진정성 있는 모습, 자발적인 CSR 활동을 보여주어야 한다는 것을 제시한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that lead to the formation of social capital in the trade(exchange) between companies using social capital theory, to confirm the effect of these factors on the formation of social capital, And to identify the effects. The results of the research hypothesis are as follows. First, transaction fairness has a positive (＋) effect on social capital. Second, transaction authenticity has a positive (＋) effect on social capital. Third, CSR activities have no significant effect on social capital. Fourth, social capital has a positive (＋) effect on supply chain integration. Finally, social capital serves as a partial parameter between transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, and CSR activities and supply chain integration. Finally, it has been clarified that maintaining fairness in the inter-supply chain transactions, demonstrating authenticity in the transaction process, and voluntary CSR activities lead to formation of social capital of individual companies, which can lead to supply chain integration.
