농·식품 중소기업 구성원의 교육훈련에 대한 사례연구 : 예산농산(주)을 중심으로

Recently, the survey of Korea National Statistical Office (KNSO) shows that the education and training of the agro-food SMEs are lower than those of other industries. For this reason, many companies of that kind have a lot of difficulties with the management exactly for lack of the manpower as well as the informations on the government support system. The purpose of this paper is to provide a guideline for HRD based on case studies of these companies and to help them use it in a very effective way. Based on the results of previous researchers on the human resource development, we want to make a case study based on the agro-food SMEs that can implement HRD effectively. The conclusion of our study can be summarized in a few points, as follows: First of all, representatives and managers of the agro-food SMEs have to establish a HRD plan that meets their management objectives. Second, it is necessary for them to closely examine the government's support and to utilize the support program appropriate to the situation of their own company. Last but not least, they should not spare any support for career development or job development so that core talents may not leave their job. This paper is meaningful in that it provides some important basic guidelines for the agro-food SMEs who have difficulties with the human resource development until now.
