청소년의 개인적 특성과 관계적 특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향

[Purpose]The aim of this study is to identify the effect of personal characteristics and relational characteristics on entrepreneurial intention of high school students of which domain has been lack of research. [Methodology]To control gender and age in terms of data, the self－administered questionnaire survey was conducted at Sunchon high school focused on third grade students(male students only). Total 300 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 251 copies were collected. And multiple regression analysis was conducted including extroversion and altruism as control variables. [Findings]The academic performance that corresponds to the personal characteristics of adolescents has a negative effect on entrepreneurial intention. And need for achievement has a positive effect. Also Parental entrepreneurial experience, which is a relational characteristic of adolescents, did not have a statistically significant effect. And social support has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention. [Implications]This result contributes a meaningful theoretical and practical implication in terms of providing a concrete empirical evidence on the influence of both personal and relational characteristics on the entrepreneurial intention.
