창업가의 성격특성이 직무만족을 매개로 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향

[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to examine whether there are other factors playing as entrepreneur satisfaction factors besides financial means. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Big 5 factors on job satisfaction and psychological well－being. In addition, it examines whether the job satisfaction of the entrepreneur plays a mediating role between the personality characteristics Big 5 factor and psychological well －being. [Methodology]Based on previous research, we developed a questionnaire and collected 220 samples from entrepreneurs. Confirmatory factor analysis for reliability and validity of the sample was conducted, and structural equation modeling and Sobel－test were used. [Findings]As a result of the research analysis, personality characteristics of entrepreneurs had a significant effect on both job satisfaction and psychological well－being. In particular, extroversion, affinity, integrity, and openness have significant effects on job satisfaction and psychological well－being. The hypothesis that job satisfaction of entrepreneurs has a positive effect on psychological well－being has also been proved. Also, Job Satisfaction was found to play a part of mediating role between Big 5 factor and psychological well－being. [Implications]This study has academic implication as the first study in Korea that verified job satisfaction and psychological well－being as entrepreneur satisfaction factors. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the potential benefits of entrepreneurship may be different for entrepreneurs.
